Man goes from garden shed to young rich list

A man from Croydon in Queensland, Australia, who started a business in a garden shed has been named as one of the country's richest young people.
Dorry Kordahi set up his marketing and merchandise solutions business DKM in 2002 having visited Saint Tropez and getting a taste of how the rich and famous live, the Nine to Five reports.
DKM has grown rapidly over the last eight years, resulting in Mr Kordahi taking a position on the Business Review Weekly Young Rich List.
"Before I started my business my girlfriend at the time, Deni Hines, bought me one of Richard Branson's books. This made me see that I could follow my dreams," the newspaper reports Mr Kordahi as saying.
He has now published a book, titled Power to Act, in which he shares his secrets, philosophies, lessons and techniques.
In the UK, businesses that are run from garden sheds made and average of £76,449 in the last financial year, a survey conducted by shedworking.co.uk revealed recently.
