Disabled woman given free garden shed to store mobility scooter

A disabled woman who has trouble walking has been given a free mobility scooter and a garden shed in which to store it.
Zoe Gott, from Bedmond, has suffered from sciatica and acute back pain since an accident aged 18, the Watford Observer reports.
The 34-year-old was given the scooter after writing to the Abbots Langley Tough Ten Committee in October.
"It was like all my Christmases had come at once," Ms Gott told the newspaper.
She said that she felt like she was missing out on her children growing up when she was stuck in a non-motorised wheelchair.
"But now … I can take my three children to the park, and not have to wait behind in the car," Ms Gott added.
Police recently told thisiswestcountry.co.uk that people should lock their garden sheds if there are valuables kept inside, especially at this time of year as there are often more burglaries in the run-up to Christmas.
