Fun uses for wooden garden sheds

10:09:20 1st September 2010

Garden sheds are increasingly being used as extra space to indulge in hobbies and make things, rather than just as storage facilities.

There are a wide range of possibilities for wooden garden sheds, according to the Pip Team blog.

Garden sheds can be used as play houses for children, reading rooms or even music rooms.

This is because of the increasing amount of fittings available for such buildings, as well as the increase in their aesthetic appeal, according to the blog.

It also suggests that events such as the Shed of the Year competition have increased their popularity, as well as encouraged people to convert their shed into something other than a storage space.

This year's Shed of the Year winner was Reg Miller, who converted his shed into a replica of a pirate ship.ADNFCR-2655-ID-800046945-ADNFCR
