Garden sheds are increasingly being modernised, however, one such building in London has been transformed into a flat.
The owners of a garden shed in Manor Park have transformed their shed into a small apartment, according to the London Standard.
An estate agency is helping them to advertise the building, which is expected to be rented out for £150 per week.
The garden building is said to be perfect for commuters due to its proximately to the local rail station.
A bathroom has been added to the shed to make it more suitable as living quarters.
"This is no ordinary garden shed. It has a smart brown glazed door at the front, windows and a tiled roof. The builder has done a good job," a neighbour commented to the publication, "But I'm not sure how warm it will be this winter."
Recently, the Scotsman reported a trend for using garden sheds to work and be creative in.
