Indoors brought outdoors in gardening show

Indoor rooms are becoming outdoor buildings in a number of show gardens that will be on display at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Chelsea Flower Show between May 25th and May 29th.
Gardening fans have got their tools from the garden shed and brought the great outdoors and plants inside while bringing indoor items into the garden.
A Living Office has been created by Indoor Garden Design. A propagator, heated by a computer fan, is used to grow plants, a compost bin recycles waste and a fish tank filters water to put on the plants.
Another example of this theme is the Naturally Norway Garden which is a pavilion with a kitchen, daybed and shower.
This year tickets for the Show have sold out earlier than in previous years. There is a visitor cap of 157,000.
RHS Shows director Stephen Bennett said: "For visitors RHS shows are a great way to fulfil all their gardening needs. Gardening is about indulgence without the guilt; it's the nation's favourite hobby, but at the same time it's good for you and the environment."
He added that the popularity of the shows signalled that 2010 would be a strong year for horticulture.
