Farm buildings are on offer in Scotland.
Farm buildings and a fenced garden are on offer on a Scottish border country estate for the first time in 70 years.
The 987-acre site, Nether Horsburg, has a range of farm and industrial buildings including a traditional Georgian four-bedroom farmhouse and a second modern house with three-bedrooms.
There are a variety of different lands on the site, such as arable, permanent pasture and hill grazings.
Other farm buildings include a shepherd's cottage and farm steadings ready for redevelopment.
The well-maintained farm buildings comprise a variety of traditional structures with former byres, cart and sheep sheds, stables and barns.
The walled garden on the west side of the house is suitable for children and provides an opportunity for gardening.
Rory Ballantyne, who works for the Edinburgh-based estate agents handling the sale Blackie Ballantyne said: "Nether Horsburgh is a most attractive, versatile property."
He added that as it was the first time the area had been on the market for around 70 years, they are expecting a great deal of interest.
Offers have already reached over £1,985,000.
